Citizenship Program through Investments in Mount Cinnamon is provided through subscription to own the shares of a company that owns and runs the hotel. Investors, as the owners of shares, shall have any dividends from the operating profit of the hotel, as well as the opportunity to apply for a citizenship “Main Applicant”, as well as for a citizenship for the family members of “Main Applicant”.
Mount Cinnamon also provides an opportunity to purchase a real estate or house that will serve as an alternative for investments through subscription to the company shares. All interested in this option, in order to clarify what kind of villas and apartments are currently available, should send a request to the director of the Mount Cinnamon on the email: director@mountcinnamongrenada.com.

All applications fees, both governmental and identity verification, for the main applicants are included into the amount of investments. For all other applicants, (such as a spouse, children under 26 years of age and parents) instead of which the main applicant is applying, the additional fees are paid.

FEES FOR THE ADDITIONAL APPLICANTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
(Please note that attorney’s fees are not included in the fees paid when buying shares or fees for additional applicants, indicated below).

Application for Investments / Citizenship

Investors must provide the complete and detailed documentation of the following:

1. Fill out the application form with comprehensive information about the identity of the client for each investor.
2.  Each applicant must provide two recommendations from their banker and lawyer.
3.  Each applicant must provide a certified copy of the passport.
4. Each applicant must complete a sworn written statement that he / she does not have a criminal record in any country.
5. Each applicant must complete a health declaration, confirming that he / she does not have infectious diseases.
6. Provide the proof of legal origin of the funds.

After that, you have to sign an Agreement and deposit the full amount on the account of the Agent under the Agreement of citizenship program through investment. In all cases, the minimum amount will be US $ 310,000, including all application fees, governmental fees identity verification fees and attorney’s fees for the main applicant. Other taxes, such as VAT and fees for additional applicants will be additional.  Applicants should be aware that if they provide any document or information that is deemed fraudulent, their right on citizenship will be canceled and all fees and expenses will not be refunded.

Escrow Procedure

Upon receipt of the investment funds on the Transactions Account the Agent will receive the rights and obligations to release the funds step by step to make payments in the following order:

1. At the time of submission of application to the Government – 10%
2. At the time of issuance of the certificate on citizenship – 40%
3.  With the beginning of the construction works – 20%
4.  Upon completion of construction works till the stage of finishing works 20% (according to the certificate of the project architect)
5. At the time of construction completion and building decoration – 10%
