GROUNDS FOR OBTAINING RESIDENCE PERMIT
Processes connected with issuance of resident permit of France to the citizens of third countries are regulated by the Code on the Entry and Stay of Foreign and Refugee Rights (Code de l`entrée et du séjour des étrangers et du droit d`asile).The residence program for self-sufficient Applicants is regulated by the Article R-313-6 of the Code on the Entry and Stay of Foreigns and Refugee Rights (Code de l`entrée et du séjour des étrangers et du droit d`asile), which states that any third-country national who owns a property on French territory or is the lessee of real estate in France, who can prove his independence from the state financial support (has his own funds on the account in France and has a regular income outside France), has no criminal record in the EU and in the country of his citizenship, has properly registered and submitted the required documents, is eligible to apply for a temporary residence permit in France, as a self-sufficient Applicants.This type of residence permit is issued to the self-sufficient Applicants and members of his family, who have the financial guarantee from the Applicant, for 1 year with an opportunity for prolongation.
WORKING STAGES AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENTS
1 STAGE
Signing the Agreement. The providing of original package of the documents in order to prepare the file.
Making the advance payment in amount of 50% of the package “BASIC” .
2 STAGE
Order and payment of additional services to the package “BASIC”.
Additional services are paid in amount of 100% of their cost. Also these services can be paid directly when they are provided.
3 STAGE
You obtain the whole file and are preparing for the visit in the embassy of France to pass the interview.
Payment of 40% of the package“BASIC”.
4 STAGE
The interview in the embassy of France (if required with maintenance).
5 STAGE
Consideration of your application by the French authorities and obtaining the residence permit.
