The permanent residence of Italy by the program of investments in real estate
One of the most optimal ways to obtain the permanent residence in Italy is obtaining the permanent residence of Italy by the program of investments in real estate.
This kind of permanent residence is issued for 5 years, next prolongations the Applicant receives for 10 years, and after expiring the 7 years of presence of the permanent residence the Applicant can apply for citizenship.
The Applicant has to meet the following requirements:
- To have the property in Italy with the cost not less than 300.000 euro;
- The Applicant has to have the funds, which can cover the expenses related with his life and life of his family during the period of residence in Italy: it means, that when applying he has to show as minimum 10.000 euro per year for each member of his family (at the moment of prolongation this amount is doubling, as the prolongation of the permanent residence is for 10 years);
- The Applicant can’t work in Italy, it means that his financial sources has to come from any business activity or assets from outside of the Italy;
- The Applicant can’t have any criminal records;
- The Applicant has to have Italian health insurance polis to cover the medical care of his family.
The fee of our company for providing this service in the basic cost is 25.000 euro for each Applicant + 1% from the cost of real estate, which is paid on the moment of real estate purchase.
The schedule of the payment of our company fee:
- 15.000,00 euro paid when signing Agreement;
- 5.000,00 euro paid when submitting the Application for permanent residence;
- 5.000,00 euro paid on the moment of obtaining the permanent residence.
In the cost of the service are not included governmental fees, the cost of the documents translation. These payments the Applicant has to make by himself.
